1. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information

Our EcoTrac Studio includes certain core functions, and we may need to collect, store and use the following information related to you in order to provide these functions. If you do not provide relevant information, you will not be able to enjoy the products and services we offer. These functions include:
1) Account registration, login and verification
When you register for an EcoTrac Studio account, you need to provide at least the email address you intend to use. We will register your account based on the email address you provide. After you follow the prompts on the page and successfully log in by entering your account password, you will become our user.
2) Security protection functions
To enhance the security of your use of our products and services, protect your or other users' personal and property safety from harm, better prevent security risks such as phishing websites, fraud, network vulnerabilities, computer viruses and more accurately identify violations of laws and regulations, we may collect, use or integrate your device information and IP address information, including device identifiers, device parameters and system information (such as device type, model, operating system and hardware-related information).
3) Camera-Based Extension Functions
You can use this extended function to achieve the scanning capabilities. If access to your photo album is required, further authorization from you will be needed. The camera function can be disabled in the system permissions. Once disabled, you may no longer be able to use the scanning function.
1.4. You are fully aware that in the following circumstances, we may collect and use your personal information without obtaining your prior consent:

2) Related to public safety, public health, or major public interests.
3) Related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and enforcement of judgements.
